This dish is really very festive and can be prepared for a birthday, anniversary, wedding or even New Years. The chicken looks so beautiful that it is even a pity to eat such a delight.
I learned the recipe for cooking chicken stuffed with rice in the oven from my friend, she makes this dish for all family holidays, I also decided to cook it for my husband's birthday. An excellent, I want to tell you, recipe, although I did not use some ingredients in it, such as dried shrimp, this did not greatly affect the taste. The husband and all the guests were satisfied with the dish, on the table it looked simply delicious, and the most tender meat melted in your mouth. For the next holiday, I will also definitely make chicken stuffed with rice in the oven at home, with it the table will be royal.

How to cook "Chicken stuffed with rice in the oven"
So, we rinse and wipe dry the chicken carcass. Then grind a piece of fresh ginger and 5-6 cloves of garlic, put them in a bowl, add 4.5 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 3 tablespoons of soy, white pepper and salt to taste, mix the ingredients - the sauce is ready. Rub the chicken with the sauce (inside and outside, as well as under the skin) and leave it to marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Rice should also be soaked overnight in warm water, it should rise 2-2.5 cm above the cereal. The next day, about 4 hours before the proposed holiday, we soak dried mushrooms and shrimp separately (if you use them) in warm water for an hour. After the time has elapsed, we pour vegetable oil into the pan and put it on fire. While the oil is heating, we drain the water from the mushrooms and shrimp, cut them into pieces, chop the garlic, cut the sausages into small cubes. First fry the sausages with garlic in oil, and then add the mushrooms (and shrimps), fry for a couple of minutes, and then put the rice in the pan (without water). Fry all the ingredients until golden brown, then pour a spoonful of water into the pan and simmer the filling until the rice softens. Finally, lay out the chopped green onions, fry still a little and remove from heat, add white pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce and salt. Now we send the prepared filling inside the chicken, fasten the hole with toothpicks. Put the carcass in a mold or on a baking sheet and put it in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. Depending on the size of the carcass, the chicken should be baked for 1.5 to 2 hours; during cooking, the chicken should be watered with the juice that forms at the bottom of the mold. If the chicken starts to burn on top, cover it with foil, but I personally like the brown flavor on the meat. Bon appetit, everyone!
