I want to tell you the recipe for chicken sauce. It is versatile. You can marinate chicken in it or cook it separately and serve it as an addition to a ready-made dish.

Cooking description:

Do not add honey to the meat marinade. It burns when baked. Your meat will char on top but remain moist on the inside. In order for the meat to be tasty and honeyed, honey is added to the deferred part of the sauce and poured over the meat 2-3 minutes before the end of baking.

Purpose: For a festive table / In a hurry

Main ingredient: Poultry / Honey

Dish: Sauces / For meat / For poultry

Ingredients:

  • Soy Sauce - 0.5 Cups
  • Balsamic Cream - 1 Teaspoon
  • Honey - 2 Art. spoons
  • Garlic (cloves) - 2 Pieces
  • Olive oil - 0.5 cups

Servings: 5

How to make Honey Chicken Sauce

I will describe the whole recipe and try to explain the difference in serving. So, pour soy sauce into a bowl. Add olive oil and balsamic cream. Cream differs from balsamic vinegar in that it is thicker due to the fact that it was cooked for a long time with sugar. If no cream is available, add dark balsamic vinegar and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar. Pour about 3 tbsp. tablespoons of marinade in a separate bowl. In most of the marinade, you can marinate the chicken for about 2 hours. Then bake in the oven. The set aside marinade should be supplemented with 2 tbsp. spoons of honey. Honey must be completely dissolved in the marinade. The marinade will become thicker and more like a sauce. If we are not preparing a sauce for marinating meat, then simply combine balsamic cream, soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil. Add garlic squeezed through a press, salt and pepper as desired. Add other spices of your choice and serve. This sauce will go not only with chicken meat, but also with beef, pork, and even boiled or baked potatoes.
