I want to share with you my recipe for mushrooms with minced meat and potatoes. This time we do not just bake everything, but make a roll. It will be a great addition to any table!
For cooking mushrooms with minced meat and potatoes, three large potatoes are enough. If your potatoes are smaller, then take more. I usually use minced pork: then the dish will turn out to be more juicy, although it will seem a bit fat to someone. By the way, due to pork and its juice, I do not use mayonnaise at all and I do not advise you. We look further at the recipe.

- Minced meat - 350 Grams
- Potatoes - 4-5 Pieces
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Mushrooms - 250 Grams
- Cheese - 250 Grams

How to cook "Mushrooms with minced meat and potatoes"
Prepare the ingredients: three potatoes on a coarse grater, cheese too (except for several plates), cut mushrooms and onions into cubes. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. We spread the layers on cling film: first, potatoes with cheese, then half of the onion, minced meat, the remaining onion and the last layer is cheese. Lay out one layer - cover it with plastic wrap, press and smooth it out with a rolling pin. Then the next one (don't leave the film!). Like this. Now we carefully roll everything into a roll. We transfer to a baking sheet and remove the film. We send to the preheated oven for 35 minutes at 200 C. 10 minutes before the mushrooms with minced meat and potatoes are ready, put more pieces of cheese on the roll. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs. Enjoy your meal!
