How to cook "Tomato sauce with shrimps"
For this recipe, take: spaghetti, fresh or frozen shrimp, 2 onions, 2 cups of homemade tomato juice (can be replaced with fresh tomatoes or tomato paste, diluted with water), bay leaf, rosemary, oregano. Cut the onion into half rings, and coarsely chop the garlic. Preheat a frying pan a little, add olive oil and fry the garlic until golden brown. Add onions, spices and sauté for another 3-5 minutes. Defuse shrimps and remove excess liquid. Then fry the shrimps with onions and garlic for another 5 minutes. Pour in tomato juice, add bay leaf, pepper and salt. Simmer for 25-30 minutes, covered.
