- Beef - 450-500 Grams
- Champignons - 350-400 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece

- Worcester sauce - 2 Tbsp spoons
- Butter - 1-2 Art. spoons
- Broth or water - 8 Art. spoons

How to cook "Pepper stuffed with meat and mushrooms"
To begin with, we put a saucepan (or frying pan) on the fire and melt the butter in it, put onions cut into half rings in a saucepan and fry it for 5 minutes until transparent. After that, add mushrooms cut into slices to the onion. Fry the onions with mushrooms for about 10 minutes, until they acquire a pleasant golden hue, at the end you can add a little salt to the filling. Next, we cut the meat into thin strips and season it with two tablespoons of Worcester sauce, stir everything. Fry the beef in a pan until the meat changes color and there are no bright red areas on it. Now we peel and rinse the pepper, cut it in half and place it in a baking dish.
