How to cook "Minced Vegetable"
Grind the vegetables in a blender, drain the juice, add spices. Potatoes can be either ordinary or boiled. Add semolina to the minced meat, mix. Roll in breadcrumbs (or in the same semolina). Sometimes I add ground almonds to crackers or other nuts. Fry until golden brown in a pan on both sides. These are the minced vegetable cutlets. Enjoy your meal!
