This is a fairly light and easy to prepare Chinese soup with a very unusual exotic taste. Our whole family loves this dish, and it has long become a daily routine for us.

Wok is such a convenient dish that, as it turned out, you can cook more than just hot in it, and today I want to tell you how to make soup in a wok. I like this recipe not only because of the excellent taste of the soup itself, but also because it is very convenient to cook in a wok, because you can fry and cook in it. In general, this simple recipe for soup in a wok should be liked by many, it is tasty, nutritious, but at the same time quite light - a great dish for lunch.
1) First of all, we should pour water over the chicken wings and prepare a fragrant broth from them. When it is ready, strain it, pour it back into a saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil, remove from heat.
2) While the broth is cooking, we can cut the washed pork into cubes, and chop the cabbage.
3) Put the funchoza in a bowl and fill it with boiling water, leave it soaked, chop the onion finely, three ginger on a coarse grater.
4) Now we put the wok on high heat and heat the oil in it, fry the pork in butter until golden brown.
5) Then add chopped cabbage to the meat and continue to fry everything until the cabbage softens and lets out the juice.
6) Next, put the funchose in a wok to the rest of the ingredients, it should be cut into pieces for convenience. Fill all with 1.5 liters of hot broth and cook the soup for about 5 minutes.
7) After the time has passed, we add soy sauce, green onions and ginger to it, stir everything and turn off the heat, let the soup stand on the stove for a while.
Then it can already be poured into plates and proceeded to dinner. Bon appetit, everyone!
