Who said champignons can't be sweet? If cooked in a wok with honey, peanut butter, sesame oil and soy sauce, the mushrooms will taste amazing.

In general, of course, this recipe for making champignons in a wok is not for everybody, because not many people like the combination of sweet and salty. However, if such an interesting mix does not seem strange to you, then you will love this dish from the first bite. Champignons in a wok at home come out very tasty and fragrant, and their pleasant golden color is pleasing to the eye, so such an appetizer will attract the attention of guests at any holiday.

1) To begin with, we cut off the bottom of the legs of the champignons, and wash the mushrooms themselves and put them on a paper napkin so that the mushrooms dry.

2) Put the wok on the fire and heat the peanut butter in it, as soon as it becomes hot enough, put the mushrooms in the wok, fry them over medium heat for a minute.

3) Then we add honey and soy sauce to the mushrooms, mix everything and reduce the heat, cover the wok with a lid. After a couple of minutes, remove the lid and continue to cook the mushrooms, stirring occasionally, until the syrup becomes thick enough and completely covers the mushrooms.

4) Now we remove the wok from the heat and sprinkle the mushrooms with sesame oil, stir everything and serve the dish to the table.
