Cooking description:

There are many very interesting and very tasty vegetarian recipes in Italian cuisine that we can also use for a lean menu. However, you can make such a pasta with beans at home not only during fasting, because it is perfect for a regular family dinner. And now I will gladly tell you how to cook pasta with beans, and I will immediately add that if you sprinkle the dish with grated cheese at the end, it will become even tastier.

1) First of all, of course, we need to boil water in a saucepan, salt it and put the pasta in the pan - let it cook.

2) While the pasta is being prepared, we heat oil in a pan and put chopped garlic in it, fry it literally for half a minute.

3) Then add the beans and oregano, sprinkle everything with basil and juice with half a lemon, salt and pepper everything to taste.

4) When the beans are well warmed up, we knead some of the beans to a puree state, but leave the larger one intact. Pour some water into the pan, in which the pasta was cooked, to make a thick sauce.

5) Throw the pasta in a colander and also put it in a pan, add parsley, stir everything and turn off the heat.

The pasta with beans is ready, and it is better to serve it hot, and if you eat this dish outside of fasting, be sure to sprinkle it with cheese, it will be very tasty. Bon appetit, everyone!
