How to cook "Meat Stew with Eggplant"
Cut the meat into pieces. I take a neck. I cut off large pieces of fat and veins, leaving all the most tender. Sprinkle spices generously on the meat. I take spices for different types of meat. In vegetable oil, directly in a cauldron or in a thick-walled saucepan, fry the meat from all sides. Grate the carrots. Peel and chop the onions.
