If you are not looking for a hearty, inexpensive and tasty dish, then try this recipe for making cabbage cutlets with kefir. Incredibly simple, yet delicious.
Cooking description:
1. The first step is to chop the cabbage very finely. You can use a special grater for this so that the cabbage cutlets on kefir at home are more tender.
2. Put the cabbage in a deep bowl, add a pinch of salt and mash with your hands.
3. Pour in kefir and beat in an egg. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
4. Add a pinch of pepper if desired or other spices to taste.
5. Gradually add semolina, stirring gently.
6. Leave the cabbage for 15-20 minutes.
7. Preheat a frying pan and add a little vegetable oil.
8. Moisten your hands a little and form into small patties. Put them in a preheated pan and fry on both sides.
