- Tomatoes - 4 Kilograms (ingredients for 4 liters of finished product)
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 Kilogram
- Onion - 1 Kilogram
- Carrots - 500 Grams
- Rice - 1 Glass
- Sugar - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 1 tbsp. spoon (+1 teaspoon)
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Ground paprika - 0.5 Teaspoons
How to cook "Pilaf for the winter"
To begin with, we thoroughly rinse the rice and fill it with boiling water. We also wash the tomatoes, make small cross-shaped cuts on them and pour boiling water over the tomatoes for 1 minute. We clean the carrots and chop them on a grater for Korean carrots. Cut the onions into half rings. We clean the bell peppers from seeds, rinse and also cut into half rings. Now we fry all vegetables (except tomatoes) separately in vegetable oil until soft and mix them in one bowl.
