How to make Chicken Zucchini Pie
Remove the finished dough from the refrigerator. Defrost slightly at room temperature for easy rolling. Sprinkle with flour and roll out. Place in prepared form. Peel the zucchini (if it is tough). Cut into strips. Cut the onions into half rings. Fry onions in vegetable oil. Then add zucchini to the onion, fry together. Add chopped chicken flesh to the fried vegetables. The meat must be used ready-made. It can be pre-fried, baked or boiled. In a baking dish, where the dough has already been placed, put the filling, evenly distributing it over the dough. Whisk eggs and milk in a separate bowl. Add salt and spices. Pour the resulting mass into our filling. Rub hard cheese and add to the filling.
