How to cook "Zucchini stuffed with vegetables and baked in the oven"
1. Cut the courgettes lengthwise, cut out the "boats". Rub with salt and spices to taste. We spread it on a baking sheet. Chop the mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil. 2. For the filling, mix the fried mushrooms, chopped tomato, onion and garlic. Pour the breadcrumbs, egg and spices a little later. I added more greens, as the filling turned out to be watery. 3. Stuff our boats with a vegetable mixture, sprinkle them with spices and salt (if you like) and send them to bake for half an hour at 180 degrees in the oven. 4. Bon appetit!
