A relatively new dish for our tables, but it has already firmly entered our diet. I especially like this curd pie, I recommend it!
If you haven’t tried Ossetian pies, it’s time to do it, especially since cooking them is as easy as shelling pears, especially for an experienced housewife. Knead the yeast dough and let it rise well, kneading it once in the process. Until the dough reaches the desired state, prepare the curd filling - mix the curd with chopped beet tops, add herbs and spices to taste, mix well. Divide the dough into 3 parts, each of which is rolled into a round cake. Place the filling in equal parts in the center of the cakes, pinch the edges, mash and put in the oven for 40 minutes. Grease a hot cake generously with butter. Serve warm. Enjoy your meal!
