How to cook "Pita with kefir"
1. Fry the mushrooms in a pan with chopped onions. Spices to taste. Next, mix until smooth the mixture from the pan with mashed potatoes. 2. Spread a sheet of lavash, grease it with mayonnaise and sprinkle with plenty of herbs. Next, lay out the mushroom filling and cover with a second sheet of lavash. We fold it carefully into a tight roll. 3. We roll this roll up with a tourniquet to exactly match the baking dish or multicooker bowl. Sprinkle with spices and drizzle with oil. 4. Beat eggs with kefir until smooth. Pour our pie and wait until the mixture is absorbed a little. Then we bake in the "Baking" mode for an hour and a half. 5. That's it! The cake is ready!
