A minimal set of products plus a little time - it turns out to be an excellent snack for beer from lavash. You can choose any filling you like (meat, chicken, sausage, cheese, mushrooms). In this case, it is smoked sausage and cheese. You can also experiment with sauces.

Unwrap the pita bread and coat it with ketchup and mayonnaise (I usually mix two sauces and add a little adjika). 3. Then spread the sausage and cheese. We immediately cut the sausage into rings, after which you can cut into strips. Spread the cheese over the entire surface. 4. Cut the already wrapped pita bread with filling into several pieces, then put it in a baking dish and grease with sauce. 5. We send to the oven and bake for about 20 minutes at a temperature of at least 180 degrees. Lavash beer snack is served hot or cold.
