- Champignons - 300 Grams
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Dill - 1 Bunch
- Parsley - 1 Bunch
- Vegetable oil - 50 Milliliters
- Salt, pepper - To taste
How to cook "Champignons with Garlic and Herbs"
The champignons should be cut into large pieces. Finely chop the dill, parsley and garlic. Fry the mushrooms in a pan (well heated) with vegetable oil. Fry over high heat, stirring occasionally. Time is 10 minutes. Add herbs and garlic to the fried mushrooms. We mix. Fry for 1 minute, salt and pepper to taste - and turn it off. We serve.
