We send them to the pan in turn: immediately eggplant, then zucchini, then bell pepper and at the end onions. We fry and stir constantly. 3. In parallel, cut the chicken into strips, and also send it to the pan to fry. 5. Boil the noodles in salted water until tender. 6. When the chicken starts to be covered with a golden crust, add soy sauce to it and simmer until the excess liquid evaporates. Meanwhile, mix the finished noodles with vegetables and fry for about 5 minutes over low heat. 7. When the chicken is ready, we send it to the vegetables and noodles on top. Add spices to taste. Don't overdo it with soy sauce to avoid oversalting the dish.
