How to cook "Pie with cottage cheese and black currant"
We sort out the currants and rinse, then add 3 tbsp. Sahara. Mix the rest of the sugar in a blender with eggs, cottage cheese and vanilla. Add flour, stir. The dough is homogeneous and thick, like sour cream in consistency. Lubricate the bottom and sides of the split mold with oil. Spoon out half of the dough and flatten. Sprinkle the berries on top and pour in the remaining dough. Smooth out the dough gently. We bake the pie in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Temperature 180 degrees. Remove the cake from the mold and place it on a plate. Enjoy your meal!
