How to make Pork & Vegetable Fried Rice
The first step is to boil the rice until half cooked. I use bagged rice, which is very convenient. Cut the pork into small pieces, fill it with soy sauce so that the meat is completely covered with it. We put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Fry the marinated meat in vegetable oil. As soon as some of the juice has evaporated from the meat, add onion rings and thinly chopped or grated carrots. Fry until vegetables are almost completely cooked. Drain off the remaining marinade, add rice and pickled ginger. Stir and fry the dish until tender. Enjoy your meal!
