How to cook "Lavash with cabbage filling"
Rinse the cabbage and chop finely, then mix with salt and pepper to taste. Peel and chop the onion. Fry the onions in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add the cabbage, mix and fry together for 10 minutes. The cabbage should be soft. Chop the greens and pour into the pan, mix. Cut the pita bread into portions (rectangles or squares). Brush the pita bread with a beaten egg, place the filling inside and roll up. Fry in vegetable oil on all sides, about 2-3 minutes.
