How to cook "Bulgur Soup"
Peel the carrots, wash them thoroughly and rub them on a medium or even coarse grater. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. We put the prepared carrots and onions into the multicooker bowl, pour oil there. We set the multicooker to the frying mode for 3-5 minutes. During this time, mix the vegetables several times. I also wash the potatoes, peel and cut into small cubes. We send the prepared potatoes to the fried vegetables, add bulgur there. Add broth to the prepared vegetables into the bowl. You can pour vegetable or meat broth. However, you can also use ordinary purified water. We put bay leaf, black pepper and salt. We close the lid of the multicooker and set the "soup" mode. The time should be set automatically - 12 minutes. This is quite enough. After the above time has elapsed, the bowl of soup can be taken out.
