How to make "Smoked Fish Tartlets"
1. Tartlets can be stuffed with fish, meat, poultry, mushrooms and even vegetables. In this case, these are tartlets with smoked fish. 2. Grate the cheese on a medium grater (I use hard varieties, but soft like melted or Mascarpone are also good), add chopped herbs and mayonnaise. 3. Stir everything until smooth. 4. Now we fill the tartlets: we spread part of the lettuce leaf on the side, and fill the rest of the space with the cheese filling. 5. Put the sliced fish on top. I use lightly salted salmon or smoked pink salmon. Both options are very good. We serve tartlets on a beautiful platter.
