How to cook "Yeast dough with mayonnaise"
Place yeast in a bowl. I use dry, I took them 1 tbsp. spoon. Pour in 1 glass of water. Add salt and sugar. Dissolve yeast in water. Leave the yeast in a bowl just on the table. They will wake up in 10 minutes, and a "cap" will appear on the surface of the liquid. Sift the wheat flour twice. This is necessary to make yeast dough with mayonnaise. In another bowl, combine the yeast water by adding more water to it. In total, according to the recipe, water needs 280-300 ml. The difference has to do with what kind of flour you will use. Different manufacturers have different flours. In the process of kneading the dough, you will understand whether you need more water, but I can tell from myself that 300 ml. just right for any flour. So, pour yeast water into a bowl, add a little more water to make a total of 300 ml of liquid. Add mayonnaise (no longer put eggs). We mix. Pour the resulting liquid into a bowl of flour. Knead the dough. I use a mixer for this. The kneading time is 5-7 minutes.
