The pie is just super! Do not skimp on the cottage cheese filling, add more and the cake will turn out great. To save time, puff pastry can be taken ready-made.
Delicious pie. In order not to bother with the dough, I take the finished one. For the filling, you need to beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla, and then mix them with the cottage cheese. Roll out the dough and cut strips out of it. Put the filling on the strips and pinch the edges, forming a sausage with cottage cheese inside. Put the resulting sausages in a circle in the form of a snail. Grease the top with an egg beaten with sugar and send to bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Cool the finished pie and serve. Have a nice tea!

How to make "Puff pastry curd pie"
I have ready-made puff pastry - while it is defrosting, you can start filling. Whisk 2 eggs with sugar, melted butter and vanilla. Then add the curd and mix thoroughly. If you wish, you can add raisins, other dried fruits or coconut to the filling, but today I just have cottage cheese. Roll out the dough into a layer and cut into 3 long strips. Width - about 10 cm, length about a meter. Roll each strip a little more in width and lay the filling along the strip. Pinch the edges of the dough to make a sausage with cottage cheese. Grease a round pan with butter and arrange the sausages in a circle to form a pie. Grease the top with an egg beaten with a pinch of sugar and send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool the finished pie and serve.
