Put the resulting sausages in a circle in the form of a snail. Grease the top with an egg beaten with sugar and send to bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Cool the finished pie and serve. Width - about 10 cm, length about a meter. Roll each strip a little more in width and lay the filling along the strip. Pinch the edges of the dough to make a sausage with cottage cheese. Grease a round pan with butter and arrange the sausages in a circle to form a pie. Grease the top with an egg beaten with a pinch of sugar and send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool the finished pie and serve.
