- Pork Tongue - 2 Pieces
- Potatoes - 3-4 Pieces (boiled in their uniforms)
- Mushrooms - 200 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Hard cheese - 100 grams
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Salt and Pepper - To taste
- Chopped greens - 1 tbsp. spoon (parsley and dill)
How to cook "Pork baked with mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese"
Pork tongues must be boiled until tender, cooled and cut into slices (1 cm). Potatoes also need to be boiled in their uniforms, cooled and peeled. Fry the chopped onions in vegetable oil until soft, then add the mushrooms, cut into slices. Cook together for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover a baking sheet with baking paper, put slices of pork tongue on it. Salt and pepper the meat, and put the potatoes cut into slices on top. Put mushrooms, onions and tomato slices on the potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese - and send the dish to the oven for 25 minutes, temperature 180 degrees. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped herbs.
