How to cook "New Year's salad" Furor"
Rinse and peel the apple and avocado. Three grated fruits and add the dressing (2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp mustard and 1 tbsp olive oil). Season the boiled crayfish tails with "Aioli" sauce. The sauce consists of whipped yolks mixed with 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tsp. lemon juice. We collect the salad. We put apples with avocado in a special culinary mold in the form of a ring. Then put the finely chopped tomato, and on it - the rest of the seafood with the sauce. We put the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Carefully remove the ring before serving. We decorate the dish with lettuce leaves, boiled quail eggs and the rest of any sauce. Enjoy your meal!
