Separate the whites from the yolks. Mix the yolks with the sugar in a large bowl. Whisk the yolks and sugar until white. Add sour cream, beat again. Sift flour, add it to the dough. Whisk the whites into a thick foam. Pour over the yolks and stir gently. Add baking soda. Transfer the biscuit dough to a pre-oiled baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the biscuit for 40-45 minutes. Done!
