How to cook "Monkey Tartlets"
Prepare food for the tartlets. I bought a ready-made pork pate with liver and nuts. But you can make such a paste yourself at home. Prepare your tartlets. Cut the sausage into rings. Well, if the sausage is thin, the ears are just the right size. Cut each ring into halves. In each tartlet, use a knife to cut the sides and insert the ears. as in the photo. Fill the tartlet with chilled pate. Do the same with the rest of the tartlets: insert your ears and fill the baskets. Make "forelocks" from parsley. We make "muzzles" from sausage rings. And the final touch: with mayonnaise paint the eyes, the grows and the mouth. The monkey faces are ready!
