- chicken fillet - 200 Gram
- tomato - 3 Pieces
- bell pepper - 1 Piece
- onion - 1 Piece
- sour cream - 3 Art. spoons

How to cook "Chicken fillet with sour cream sauce"
Wash the chicken and vegetables. Fill the tomatoes with boiling water, leave them there for 5-10 minutes. Then peel them off and cut. Peel the onion and cut into pieces. Fry the onions in oil until golden brown. Add chicken to the onion, fry for about 5 minutes. Stir in onion and chicken. Cut the peppers and tomatoes into small pieces. Add vegetables to chicken, fry for a couple more minutes. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. Add water and sour cream to the chicken. Stir and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
