I want to share with you a simple recipe for zucchini baked with turkey. The dish will well complement any side dish, but you can serve it separately. It is baked both in the oven and in a slow cooker. I advise!
I want to tell you how to cook zucchini baked with turkey. Turkey is a dietary meat, so, as a rule, I cook this dish in a multicooker without adding oil (for greater benefit). If you want to "lighten" this dish even more, remove rice and cheese from the recipe, you get a very dietary lunch or dinner!

- Zucchini - 2 Pieces
- Onion - 2 Pieces
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 Piece
- Turkey fillet - 500 grams (I used ready-made minced meat, but I recommend twisting the fillet in a meat grinder)
- Hard cheese - 100 grams
- Rice - 1 Glass
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Flour - 1 Art. the spoon
- Tomatoes - 3 Pieces
- Garlic - 3 Cloves
- Spices - To taste
How to cook "Zucchini Baked with Turkey"
1. Wash zucchini, dry and cut into large pieces. Take out the middle from each spoon to make "cups". We rub each one with salt and spices. 2. Grind the remaining zucchini pulp in a blender. Chop the fillet, mix with rice, spices and zucchini pulp. We stuff the cups. 3. For the pouring sauce, first mix the tomatoes, peppers and garlic in a blender. Then add sour cream, a little salt and flour. Pour the sauce over the zucchini and sprinkle with grated cheese. 3. Cooking in a slow cooker in the "Stew" or "Baking" mode for 40 minutes. If not, we will increase the cooking time. The dish is baked in the oven for about an hour. Here is such a beauty!
