Dessert is an important part of any dinner. Now I will share with you how to make strawberry tartlets - a quick and delicious dessert that will be a worthy end to the evening.
I use jam to add shine to the tartlets. You can use jam with a different flavor, using the same principle.
I prefer to use mascarpone as my cream cheese.
You can also add other berries to the tartlets, for example, blueberries.
To add freshness to your dessert, you can decorate the tartlets with a mint leaf and powdered sugar.

- Flour - 300 Grams
- Butter - 150 Grams
- Granulated sugar - 120 Grams
- Egg - 1 Piece

- Cream cheese - 200 grams
- Cream 33% - 150 Milliliters
- Strawberry - 300 Grams
- Apricot jam - 150 Grams
How to make "Strawberry Tartlets"
Grate the butter. Add 50 gr. granulated sugar, egg, vanillin and a tablespoon of water. Then add flour. Knead the dough well, wrap it in plastic and leave to "rest" for 15-20 minutes. Grease tartlet tins with butter and lightly dust with flour. Roll out the dough, it should be no thicker than 5 mm. Cut the dough into squares about 15 cm long. "Tamp" the dough into molds, cut off the rest. It is important that the dough fits snugly around the shape. Prick the dough with a fork, pour the peas inside (to keep the shape). Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, bake the tartlets for 20-25 minutes. Whisk the cream together with the sugar. Beat the cream cheese also lightly. Combine cheese and cream. Put the resulting mass in tartlets. Slice the strawberries. Place on top of the cream. Heat the apricot jam and strain it through a sieve. Pour the jam over the strawberries. Delicate and delicious strawberry tartlets are ready!
