Cottage cheese is a very healthy and tasty product, but usually it is prepared in the form of a casserole or cheesecakes, and I decided to tell you how to make a curd cake with blueberries, although I prefer muffins.
Cooking description:
You can diversify your muffin recipe with other berries. However, to suit my mood, I can add some oatmeal, airy marshmallows, or pieces of white chocolate to these muffins. The main thing to remember is that when adding the sweet ingredient to the muffins, subtract the sugar content to avoid making the muffins sugary.

How to make Blueberry Curd Cake
Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add cottage cheese, sour cream and butter to them. Whisk until smooth. Introduce flour slowly, breaking lumps. Unload the berries into a separate bowl, cover them with the dough, add a little sugar (to taste) and mix the berries with the dough. Transfer the dough to a muffin pan and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. 5-7 minutes before the end, sprinkle the sugar on the muffins, it will dissolve and form a sweet icing.
