- Curd - 250 Grams

How to make "Curd dough strudel"
Using a mixer, mix room temperature butter with cottage cheese and sugar. Fill in the sifted flour, knead the dough thoroughly. Transfer the dough to a board, crush in such a way that you get a flat cake. Divide the dough into several equal portions. Wrap the dough pieces in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Rinse the apricots and cut them into halves, removing the seeds. Roll out the dough very thinly. Place the filling sprinkled with sugar along the wide edge. Brush the free part of the dough with whipped egg white. Gently roll the filled dough into a strudel. Transfer the strudel to a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the dough with whipped yolk. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, temperature - 180 degrees.
