- Squid - 1-2 Pieces
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Fresh cucumber - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 1 Clove
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1-2 pinches
- Ground black pepper - 1-2 pinches
- Greens - To taste
How to cook "New Year's salad" with squid"
Prepare food for the salad. Wash the squid carcass thoroughly inside and out. Prepare vegetables: peel and wash. Cut the onion into thin half rings and cut the carrots into a Korean style grater. Do not cut vegetables too finely for frying, they should be harmonious in the salad. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, fry vegetables with salt until tender. Dip the squid in boiling water with a pinch of salt and boil for 1-2 minutes. Take out the carcass, cut either into rings or strips. Cut a fresh cucumber into strips. Place all ingredients in a salad bowl. Add the pressed garlic clove. Add ground black pepper to taste, salt, if necessary. Add vinegar.
