- Flour - 1 Glass
- Butter - 80 Grams
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 Piece
- Sugar - 2 Tbsp. spoons (+ 0.5 cups for filling)
- Cottage cheese - 500 grams
- Egg yolks - 3 pieces
- Vanillin - 1 Gram
- Semolina - 1 Art. the spoon
- Sour cream - 100 grams
- Egg whites - 3 Pieces
- Powdered sugar - 3 Tbsp. spoons
How to make Angel's Tears Curd Cake
Sift flour with baking powder, then grind with softened butter. Beat the egg with sugar. Combine the ingredients and knead the dough, then wrap it in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 25 minutes. Then we roll out the dough and put it in a mold (25 cm), form the sides. Let's prepare the filling. Mix in a deep container: cottage cheese, sour cream, yolks, vanillin, semolina and 0.5 cups of sugar. Put the resulting filling on the dough. We bake in the oven for 35 minutes, temperature - 180 degrees. Let's make a souffle. Whisk the whites thoroughly with the powdered sugar. When the crust with the filling is baked, put the soufflé on top and put the cake in the oven for another 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and wait for the cake to cool. After a while, small droplets will appear on the surface, this is the "Tears of an Angel". Enjoy your meal!
