Amaranth crispbreads can often be found on store shelves. You can cook them yourself, moreover, the result is much better, as for me, than dry and brittle store bread. To prepare amaranth crisps, we need amaranth cereals or cereals. You can make flour from cereals using a blender. Adding potatoes is optional, only then more water must be added.

How to make "Amaranth bread"
Boil the potatoes, you can wear uniforms, or you can peel them. Sift the flour. If you didn’t find amaranth flour, but only amaranth grits itself, then just grind it in a blender and you will get amaranth flour. Mash the potatoes in mashed potatoes, add to the flour. Also add chopped chili or dry chili (which one to use is not important), cumin and spices to taste. Mix everything well. Add a spoonful or two tablespoons of water if the dough won't mix well. It should come out tight and smooth. Divide the dough into two to three portions.
