How to cook "Pasta with sauce in the oven"
First, pour the pasta into boiling water and leave until tender. It's important not to overcook the pasta. Once the pasta is done, place it in a colander and add olive oil. Stir and set aside. Put the minced meat in a frying pan with butter. You can choose minced meat to your taste, I prefer to use pork or beef. Salt a little and fry until the minced meat turns brown. After the minced meat has turned brown, add the chopped onion to it. Fry the minced meat with onions until the latter is golden (4-5 minutes). Then add finely chopped garlic and the rest of the spices: red pepper, basil, salt, black pepper, rosemary and the like. You can choose spices according to your taste. Simmer the mixture for about a minute. Then add the tomato sauce and mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Place some of the minced tomato sauce on the bottom of the mold. Place half of the ricotta on top of the sauce. The cheese should not cover the entire surface of the mold, arrange it randomly. Place the pasta on top of the minced meat and cheese. Spread them evenly over the surface of the mold. Pour the remaining sauce over the pasta. Top with the remaining ricotta. Sprinkle generously with grated mozzarella and hard cheese. Place in the oven. Bake the pasta at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
