- Milk - 120 Milliliters

How to make biscuit dough cookies
Prepare all the necessary ingredients, remove the eggs from the refrigerator and hold for 15-20 minutes at room temperature, and sift the flour through a sieve with baking powder for dough. Beat eggs with sugar until the mass brightens and increases in volume. Add flour and baking powder, whisk lightly. Cut the butter into cubes, add to the milk and heat to about 80 degrees. Pour this mixture into a biscuit dough and beat until smooth. The finished biscuit dough with milk will be of medium thickness. Spoon the biscuit dough onto the parchment and form a small cookie. Bake cookies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Allow the cooked cookies to cool slightly on a baking sheet, then remove from the parchment and place on a plate.
