How to cook "Patissons, canned in pieces"
We wash the squash thoroughly, cut the stalks. Dip vegetables in boiling water for 5 minutes. Then we dip in cold water, cut the pulp into small pieces. Prepare sterilized jars. We lay out at the bottom of the cans: dill umbrellas, peppercorns, chopped hot peppers and cloves of garlic. Fill the jars with chopped squash on top. Pour 40 grams of vinegar into each jar (1 l). We boil the marinade (water, sugar and salt). Fill the squash with boiling marinade, roll up the jars. Turn over until it cools completely, wrapped in a blanket. Done! Store canned food in a dark and cool place. Enjoy your meal!
