Wonderful children's soup with meatballs and vegetables. The meatballs are prepared from the most tender chicken meat, which is ideal for children. Hearty, tasty and healthy. Would recommend for a kid's lunch!

How to make Children's Meatball Soup
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Peel the carrots and also cut into cubes. Rinse the onion and pepper and cut into small strips. Boil water in a saucepan. Dip carrots, onions and peppers into the water. Then add the washed buckwheat. We pass the chicken meat through a meat grinder and form meatballs with wet hands. We dip them into the soup, reduce the heat to a minimum, continue to cook until boiling. After 20 minutes, add the washed broccoli inflorescences. Cook the soup until tender, season with salt to taste. Boil the quail egg separately, then cool it and separate the yolk from the protein. Add the yolk to the soup. Enjoy your meal!
