How to make Low Calorie Yogurt
Take milk and sourdough - you can use any sourdough. I take bifilac. Boil the milk, and then cool to 38-40 C. Dissolve 5 grams of starter culture in 100 ml of milk. Pour this milk into the rest, stir and pour into yogurt cups. Ripening time - 12 hours. At the end, try to gently remove the lid to prevent condensation from getting into the yogurt.
