How to cook "Roll with dried apricots"
Rinse dried apricots and boil over low heat for about 20 minutes. First, grate the carrots and simmer in milk in a pan. Then in a blender, mix with 50 grams of cottage cheese, add raisins, cinnamon to taste, beat the protein and also add to the carrots. Mix everything. Put parchment on a baking sheet, you can grease a little more with oil. Apply the resulting carrot mass evenly on the parchment in an even layer of 0.5 cm. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 C for 20 minutes. Then let cool for 5 minutes more. Spread the cake with a small (30 grams) amount of yogurt. Whisk the remaining cottage cheese (100 grams) with 40 grams of yogurt and vanilla sugar. Put the cream on top of the cake. You can, if desired, sprinkle with raisins or nuts. Roll the roll gently, removing the paper along the way.
