Real cheesecake pie - very tasty, with delicate curd filling and fluffy biscuit dough. I recommend it for tea for the whole family, as well as for guests. Check out the cake recipe now!
When baking, the curd filling will slightly drop down, and the biscuit dough, on the contrary, will rise - as a result, we will get a nice round cake that resembles a cheesecake. To make a cottage cheese pie with biscuit dough, take sour cream of medium fat content (10% is enough for me), the cottage cheese is also not very fat, but not fat-free either - otherwise there will be a lot of moisture from it later in the cake. You can add berries or nuts to the curd filling.
