How to cook "French Meat in a Frying Pan"
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Peel and cut the potatoes into strips, but not too thinly. Fry the meat in vegetable oil on all sides. Try not to stir the meat for the first 5 minutes. When the meat is fried, add the onion, cut into half rings, to it. Simmer meat and onions for 10 minutes. Add salt and spices. Stir. Add chopped potatoes to the meat. Stir, simmer, stirring occasionally, cover the pan with a lid.
