I propose an alternative to the usual yeast pizza dough - non-yeast dough with milk. Pizza with such a dough always turns out very tasty, no matter what filling you put.
Cooking description:
The traditional dough for all of our beloved Italian pizza is yeast, but not everyone is able to cook the same thin, very soft and elastic dough that will cook in just a few minutes and stay fresh for a long time. A simpler and, as for me, more delicious yeast-free dough is obtained with milk and eggs. It is very soft and incredibly tasty. Ideally, the pizza dough should be almost tasteless, since the filling plays the main role, but this dough cannot be called tasteless for sure. Pizza with such a dough becomes like a delicious Russian open pie.
Here's a tried and tested recipe for how to make milk-free pizza dough that will make your baked goods the most delicious and you will never want to make regular yeast dough again.

How to cook "Yeast-free pizza dough with milk"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Beat the eggs with a fork. You can not do a completely homogeneous mass, it will be enough to break the yolks and slightly mix them with the whites. Heat the milk, add to the eggs, add sunflower oil and salt. Stir well. Gradually add flour and knead soft dough. The finished dough will not stick to your hands and at the same time will be very soft and elastic. Roll out the dough to the size of the mold and place in it, having previously greased with sunflower oil.
