How to make "Choux pastry for eclairs"
Bring the water and one third of the butter to a boil. Then add flour and stir quickly with a spoon. Add the beaten eggs in portions while beating the dough. Using a pastry bag, place the dough on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Combine cottage cheese, remaining butter, sugar and beat until smooth. Fill the resulting cream into a piping bag with a fine sharp nozzle. Pierce the finished cakes with the tip of the nozzle and fill with cream on both sides. Decorate the top of the cake with chocolate icing, coconut flakes - and serve.
