How to cook "Grilled beef steak"
First you need to wash the beef fillet under running cold water and dry it with a napkin (it is convenient to do this with a paper one). The next step is to beat off the meat. Marinate in a mixture of olive oil and sauce for two hours. Place on a hot wire rack. Turn over after 5 minutes. Constantly grease the surface with the remains of the sauce so that the meat does not dry out as a result. Rump steaks will be ready in 10-12 minutes. You can serve the prepared grilled beef steak with sauce, vegetables and any side dish. Enjoy your meal!
