How to make a Veggie Burger
For a hamburger, you need vegetable patties. To prepare them, boil potatoes and peas, mash (you can use a blender), add flour and spices, mix everything. Then form into flat patties and deep-fry until crisp. Cut the bun in half and lightly brown in a frying pan. Lubricate the inside of it with ketchup, lay out the grated (for Korean carrots) carrots. Next, add the pieces of salad. Then place a few slices of sliced cucumber, cutlet and cover with the top of the bun. The burger is ready, you can serve it on the table or take it with you on the road for a snack.
